Counselor Ahmed Moataz Sheir
Founder of the firm and former Vice President of the Egyptian Council of State, with over 30 years of legal experience in judiciary, advisory, and legislative roles.
He holds a Master's in Public Law from Alexandria University, two postgraduate diplomas in Public Law and Criminal Sciences, and an International Arbitration certificate from Ain Shams University. He began his career as a Public Prosecutor, then served in the Egyptian Council of State until 2016, reaching the rank of Vice President in 2008.
Mr. Sheir represented Egypt in international legal training programs in France, Belgium, and Germany. He later served as a legal advisor in Qatar, contributing to key legislative projects, including the Anti-Human Trafficking Law and laws on family affairs and rights of persons with disabilities.
