Counselor Moataz Ahmed Sheir
Founder of the firm and former Vice President of the Egyptian Council of State, with over 30 years of legal experience in judiciary, advisory, and legislative roles.
Counselor Motaz holds a Master's Degree in Public Law from Alexandria University, two postgraduate diplomas in Public Law and Criminal Sciences, and an International Arbitration certificate from Ain Shams University. He began his career as a Public Prosecutor, then served in the Egyptian Council of State until 2016, reaching the rank of Vice President in 2008.
Counselor Motaz represented the Egyptian Council of State in international legal training programs in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. He later served as a legal advisor in Qatar, contributing to key legislative projects, including the Anti-Human Trafficking Law and Laws on Family Affairs, and Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
Counselor Sheir currently serves as an Attorney at Law representing a number of clients across the MENA region in various matters, from incorporating companies, to finalising and closing multi-million dollar deals.
